As Principal of Windsor Healthcare, Leigh has over 25 years of experience in healthcare banking. She is widely regarded as a seasoned healthcare investment specialist, possessing an extensive contact database and one of the strongest referral networks in the healthcare industry.

Leigh helped launch Windsor Healthcare following a 27 year career in Commercial Banking, where her primary focus was in Healthcare Finance. Most recently she was responsible for development of the Long Term Care Segment within the Mid-Atlantic Region for M&T Bank, focusing on skilled nursing, assisted living, and continuing care retirement communities. Working with premier providers of services, Leigh provided financing for one of the first assisted living facilities developed in the country in addition to financing one of the country’s largest not for profit continuing care retirement communities. Leigh was responsible for the development of over $1 billion of various senior housing projects in the Mid-Atlantic market.

A frequent instructor at the Erickson School for Aging Studies, Leigh served as Chair of the Beacon Institute and a Board Member of its parent organization, Mid-Atlantic LifeSpan.  Leigh also serves on the executive board of the Y of Central Maryland and chairs the Finance Committee.  A graduate of Lycoming College, Leigh received her MBA from Loyola College in Maryland
